My name is Jed Daily, and I'm a college student in Arkansas.  

My father wanted to name me James Earl Daily (James being his brother and Earl being 
his father), but my mother wanted to name me Jedidiah.  As you might imagine, 
they compromised by legally naming me James Earl Daily, but 
calling me Jed. 

To this day, everyone calls me Jed.
